Lotus Nails and Spa is my favorite nail salon. First and foremost, when you make an appointment, they start with you right on time (or within 5-10 minutes). The employees are so sweet and I always get my nails done with Tony. He puts a lot of effort into my nails and does them exactly how I want them every time. He also finishes within an hour, so he’s timely and neat at the same time. The salon is very clean and they are taking proper precautions for Covid. I would recommend this salon to everyone. Booking online is really easy as well and you can even pick who you want to book with. Overall, services are fantastic, I always feel so welcomed and the employees are always focused on making sure you love your nails! As for price, I would say it’s the same as any nail salon except this nail salon is 100% worth every penny. I’ve gone to other nail salons, spent an hour and a half there and my nails didn’t even look good.. but Lotus is decently priced and I love my nails every time! 10/10 for me!!

The entire staff at Lotus Nails are incredibly skilled at their craft and provide the most utmost customer service. They will do what it takes to make your nails look and feel amazing. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and they are the best I’ve experienced. I moved recently and am so happy to have finally found their shop so that I can stay with them for years to come. Trust them as I do; they will not disappoint!!

I've been going to Lotus nails for years. I've always gone to Kim or Vivian and they are both very professional, do beautiful/perfect 'work'. Are always pleasant and kind.nnI recommend the salon - it is always very clean and well run.nKim and Vivian are very professional and pleasant.

Yesterday was my first time ever going to Lotus Nails and Spa (I traveled from Buffalo). My visit was great from the minute I walked in the door. Everyone was very friendly they greeted and seated me right away. The salon was very clean and they sanitized every station in between each customer everyone also wore masks and gloves the entire visit. My nails look and feel amazing. I would definitely go back again should I ever be in the area and need my nails done ud83dude0a

This place is by far the best in Niagara Falls. My nails are always 10/10. They are always on time and have excellent customer service. Will always go here! Vivian’s attention to detail is amazing !
