Lovely Nails at the Falls

I will never get my nails done here again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone else. This is the second consecutive time I’ve had a bad experience with them. The shape is terrible and the guy did not take his time at all! I just got my nails done there today and I cried as soon as I got out of the salon when I was able to get a better look at them. Sloppy paint job as well. Never again. Never.

This place is honestly terrible for so many reasons. My friend and I went to get a fill. They took her first and had me sit and wait. Okay. Her technician was on the phone yelling at her son to clean the house the whole time she was working on her nails. I could see my friend wincing as the technician was removing the gel polish. About 45 minutes later, the same technician finally started working on my nails. She was so rough, she cut me on three fingers. The shape was fine. Then she started to paint my nails. She went out of order, bouncing from one hand to the other then FORGOT to put the top coat on two of my nails for the gel polish. The paint job was so sloppy and two days later a nail broke and the polish started chipping. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon.

Staff very friendly and prices are great

They were super nice and my nails look amazing . I loved how they double checked and showed me the nail color before putting it on.
