Niagara Falls Nails and Spa

I have gotten full sets, twice, at different nail salons. I was never really happy with the service or results. The nails always looked weird and bumpy, and the service was always rushed. But I came to Niagara falls nail and spa and I am SO HAPPY. The nail artist I worked with was so nice and so talented. We were there a long time, she took her time to really make sure my nails looked great. I can't wait to go back! I'm so happy my coworker recommended them ud83dude0a

I am highly unsatisfied with my experience. I went in today to get an acrylic fill and I had made an appointment 1 day prior for 11. I came in 10 minutes early, the girl greeted me and asked me what I was here for. I told her and she told me to take a seat. No one took my temperature or told me to wash my hands. I waited for 45 minutes before I went up to someone and asked when I would be taken care of. She told me 5 more minutes and to chose my color. When the guy that was doing the other customers nails were finished, he told me to take a seat without wiping or cleaning anything down, even having me put my hands on the same towel and paper towel as the last person, which had polish and nail clippings all over it. When he was filling and drilling my nails, he made me bleed 3 times and didn’t acknowledge it. Half of the staff seemed friendly but the other half seemed rude and I felt not welcome. My service seemed very rushed and my nails look decent but sloppy. They also rotated me between 3 people and none of them had washed their hands, even some touching my hands after doing a pedicure. They gave me a card for $10 off after so many visits and she said it was for my wait Although I saw everyone else checking out got that too. Unfortunately do not think I will be returning nor recommending this salon to a friend.nnI went to a different salon today to get a fill. He drilled off the gel to find a fungal infection from water getting trapped in between the nail and acrylic. It is to my understanding that it’s from the acrylic being sealed incorrectly, and cracking when lifted.

I love my nails!! They got the length just how I like them. This was my first time at this place and I will absolutely be going back.

The most relaxing pedicure I have ever had. Will definitely go back.

Amazing services! I got a double helix, Jacob helped out with any questions and concerns i had and did such an amazing job!! Ten out of ten, would recommend!
