I just moved to the area, so I decided to check them out, given I was unfamiliar with anything around. Kim was absolutely amazing, and I would most definitely recommend her and the rest of the staff to anyone who asks. They were all incredibly friendly, helpful and my hair turned out perfectly. I had a great appointment and I am glad I made the decision to try them out!

A few weeks ago I had my hair cut. I had a photo of what I wanted. I was hoping to go from a medium brown to a dark brown and from hair halfway down my back to brushing the tops of my shoulders. I saw Adrienne and from the beginning she was very cold to me. I'm not sure why, I thought it might have been the masks at first (that she didn't want to talk through them) but she had no problems gossiping with her coworkers. Any attempt at conversation was quickly shut down by her. In the end she dyed my hair BLACK. Not dark brown, Black. Three weeks later it is still jet black. It's virtually impossible to get black out of hair and I know I am going to spend a small fortune trying. Secondly the hair I wanted to be shoulder length is barely long enough to tuck behind my ears, it is WAY WAY WAY to short!!! I can't pull it into a ponytail (which I stressed to her is very important to me) unless its a dumb looking tiny one AND she took it upon herself to thin my already thin hair. No matter what I do it looks incredibly limp and just lays there. Its is going to be a very long time before I can do anything to salvage my hair. I will NEVER return to All That Jazz again and I have warned the females I know against Adrienne!!!
