I don’t expect a lot from a car wash to be honest. It certainly isn’t a detailing. Having said that, I think they’re very thorough and put in an extra effort to wipe stuff down, etc. They soap up the outside with sponges twice and do the other stuff competently. It’s a bit pricey but machinery, water, staff etc is expansive so it’s fine. The coupon saved me quite a bit of $$$. I hope to receive those pretty regularly but we’ll see. Overall very pleased.

I use to love going here then after my last car wash it was my last. I just had my car washed and headed over to cumberland to get a coffee. I was heading back to my car and the roof was completed covered in scratches. 2 things, One- my car is basically new and in mint condition. It is a 2020 forester and the roof is high. Two- the pattern and location of the scratches match the way the equipment move across the roof of the car. Called and was told it couldnt have been them and that's that.
Save your money and go elsewhere. This place barely cleans anything and charges so much for it. When I noticed dirt on the door side that wasn't cleaned and scratches on the windshield, the owner had an excuse for both and did nothing to offer a solution or rectify the situation. What a joke of a place. I had to pay out of my pocket to remove the scratches. Stay away!
40 dollars for a 5 minute car wash, plus 10 dollars in tips. they just scrubbed my car with a wet towel after it came out of the indoor car wash machine they have. They took 2 minutes to “clean” my tires. They also left the inside of my car just as dirty as it was before. I’m disappointed because I seriously should’ve washed my car at home instead, I thought this place would do a better job. I got the platinum package, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
