I am a longtime customer this establishment. The last time I was there my car was spotted with some dirt, that did not come out when run through the wash. The employee suggested I get a detailing for $150, which I declined. After I got home I took a sponge some water and some dove detergent and removed the spots with a little rubbing, that the employee was unwilling to do. Was very disappointed in my last visit. After posting the initial review, the owner responded. He either has me confused with another customer or outright lied. I left after the employee suggested the more expensive detail service. The owner's reply has made a poor experience even worse.

I am really saddened to write this review as he owner was very nice and chatted with me while I waited for my car to get washed.nThis was my first visit and unfortunately also my last one.nThe staff recommended the Emerald package which included a tire shine. I didn't mind paying a little extra but once I returned home and went to opened the trunk, I noticed that the back of the car was not washed at all and the dark streaks from before the wash were still there. Ok, no big deal, I took a paper towel and wiped them myself but then I looked at the tires and they were not shined either (which I paid extra for!!!). The next morning I got in the car just to realize that with the sun shining directly at the car, I can't see outside. I am not sure if there was something on their rug, but all they did is smear it all over the windshield. So now instead of going to work, I needed to clean the windshield on my own again!nUnacceptable!!!!

YesnSimilar to the response from the Owner to Mr. Rosenthal in his complaint. The overall attitude of the employees is extremely poor as evidenced by the Rosenthal response. The owner is not on site and does not work at this location, he certainly did not clean spots off of anyone’s car. This person then goes on to scold Mr. Rosenthal regarding slander of his employees and the business.nOh, it was the berries that caused the car not to be clean at first!nWhat Mr. Rosenthal said and the employees response is not slander even if the spots were taken off by the employee who wrote that response- it has nothing to do with his conversation with the first employee . In any event there could not be slander as written in that review. But it doesn’t surprise me that the employee who responds to these reviews might attack a long time visitor of this establishment.nIt’s what you get with absentee ownership.
