Walked in full of wonder , left with all of my questions answered. Serenity made sure I was comfortable with the services being provided and even recommended against something she didn’t find appropriate. I appreciate someone who values actual skincare and the whole person over $$$. And I definitely noticed at the end the way she took care to clean and sanitize the work space m, as well as products used during the service. If I could give 10/5 stars. I would. I will definitely be back.

This was my first time getting waxed or sugared and the experience was absolutely amazing. It quick and pretty much painless, Serenity makes it so easy and is the sweetest! She talks you through the process and is so friendly and welcoming. I’m so excited to come back and would highly recommend this to anyone who hates shaving. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!!!

The service was so professional, and the lady who owns the shop plus the receptionist are so welcoming. my sugar wax didn’t hurt at all and the conversations we had were great!
