I'm very surprised at how irate she became. I called to scheduled an appointment for a girls weekend after ordering a Groupon. She yelled at me the price and refused to except the Groupon. It was very astonished and her behavior was unsettling. I cannot imagine any good customer service coming across in person. And after reading these other reviews, I dodged an even bigger bullet by not booking here.

Great massage in a nice, clean and peaceful environment. Anna was very good, the hot stone massage was terrific! An hour there made me feel rejuvenated and relaxed from head to toe. Reasonable prices for a really good massage.
The spa was clean and the lady that massaged me was very nice, however she carried her cell phone on her during the massage and answered it 3 times while I was on the table. It was extremely distracting. It took away from my relaxation and lowered my overall experience. I will not be returning.
Terrible customer service. She said only Monday Wednesday available at 1030am. I told her I needed a night appointment and she didn’t understand. She said no speak English. How can they run a business without speaking English?
