Michael is the fastest barber I have seen. He is fast and meticulous. He really cares about people coming back so he really wants to make it perfect. After the cut, the ladies washed my hair and IT WAS FABULOUS! Three different shampoos were used which felt amazing. The prices are ridiculously reasonable in light of the treatment you get. This is what you call a full service salon!

I went into this salon one day after just moving to the neighborhood being that they advertise “$ 25 BLOWOUT “ I decided to give it a try . As I walked in a young lady towards the back asked how she can help me I said I’d like the $25 blow out , she took a look at my hair and said “ we don’t do your type of hair , maybe if it was thinner “ I was so shocked I said “ huh “ BTW I’m African American with thicker curly hair . If she took the time to at least feel the hair she would notice that it’s soft and all that needed to be done was to USE A BRUSH AND PRODUCT then treat it as she would any OTHER client that walked through the doors . She went on to say “ yea I don’t wanna waste your money “ she didn’t even sound sorry that she isn’t qualified and experienced on different hair types . She sound as if she wanted to turn me down and get on with what she’s doing . I don’t understand how hairdressers only limit themselves on one type of hair . Port Washington isn’t made up of thinner hair types . This place needs to be more DIVERSE because that is ridiculous and a disgrace . Or advertise that’s your talents are limited .

This salon is very reasonable in price compared to other salons. The staff is very friendly & professional. They carry the newest & best hair straightening treatment the brand isnJean De Perle and the treatment isncalled —> “AYA’S”. Don't go to that place i went twice because my friend told me that they do the best blowout by Spanish girls and they really do But my last time there the owner old guy He was screaming to the young girl the Spanish one i felt so bad about her because they are so sweet but he is rude to her employees there is a lot of abuse.
