Me and my goofy husband came in today for pedicures, the two ladies did a great job! I’m very pregnant and can’t really reach my feet anymore, I feel like my lady really took her time to make sure I enjoyed my experience. My husbands runners feet look and feel SO MUCH BETTER! We were very pleased.

Horrible customer service and really bad quality. My nails looked horrible, nothing like what I asked for or expected. The guy doing my pedicure had an attitude and was super mean, he barley put any polish on my toes and what he did put on was not applied with care ...or skill. The woman doing my nails was cold and did not listen to me. I chose the powder dip and it just looks like a bunch of misshapen junk globbed on my nails. She kept complaining because she cut my nails to be more narrow and then decided they were too small...I paid my 70 dollars and hope to never have to see the inside of this place again.

I like the atmosphere and the workers are nice but be prepared to say no to any additional services you may not want. Other than that great place

I brought my daughter in for mani/pedi for her birthday. They were very nice to her, she enjoyed it. I got a pedicure while I waited. The man working on my feet complained about me feet to the other technician, right in front of me. He talked about how bad they were, so much the other employee came to look. They are dry and callused, but not that bad.nnI am an interpreter, I speak 12 languages. I understood everything and was so embarrassed. He even saved the skin to show the employee who didn't come look. I wanted to say something , but I didn't want to ruin my daughter's experience. If they would have addressed it to me I would have not been so upset, but talking bad about a customer in front of them is never the right idea, even if you think they don't understand. So disappointing and upsetting. Will not go back!

Such a bummer because its a convenient location and the ladies are so nice, but they’re not compliant with health and safety regulations. :( Multiple employees were not wearing masks when I walked in, in direct violation of the Montgomery Co health guidelines during COVID. I had to ask the guy doing my pedicure *multiple times* to please place the mask over his nose (as required by the executive order) and he nearly refused to do so until I started to leave. Worst part? I’m 9 months pregnant. Please take public health seriously, Paris Nails. Yeesh.
