Ordered sheet pizza for Super Bowl which was like raw dough very undercooked. Ordered 50 country sweet wings very dry and overcooked with barely any sauce. Very disappointed this time.

Ordered From this location for the first time in Uber Eats.. Pizza and Wings both arrived perfect. Will definitely Order Again!!

I’m so incredibly sad because I love this location so much but their customer service is disturbing. We ordered a pizza and 20 traditional wings well done. The wings were completely raw in the middle. When I called to let them know they said that my next order of wings would be free. When I call today for my order, they said they had no record of my order?? And no record of my phone number? I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service and lack of responsibility. This location will never get my business again.

I went to the Pontillos in Henrietta tonight got a large pepperoni pizza and an order of wings WELL DONE my wings and pizza came raw I called took the wings back got them home and this time they were so burned that they were black everything was completely unedible I have emailed and called and no response is given I want my $ back not a credit because I WILL NEVER eat here again It’s the second time it’s happened I was hoping the one time was just a fluke maybe a new kid working but i can’t keep wasting $30 and having no food is there another way to contact pontillos because someone should atleast be aware of the horrible food this place is putting out!

Good service, well cooked, good pizza.
