The Cheesecake Factory

I am sad to write this review as I was a big fan for years. This used to be our fave place to go for date night dinner because food is always really great and service is consistently good. I gave my last visit 2 stars because they left me leave as a unsatisfied customer. My salad arrived with 4 small pieces of chicken on it so I assumed they started to put the chicken on and then realized it goes on the side (no bid deal). I asked the server for the side of chicken. She returned saying that the manager said I had to pay for it. I questioned why would I pay for something that is part of the meal and she just restated that the manager said I had to pay for it. So, I sat there, at a birthday celebration with a salad without the main protein feeling disappointed. Besides the obvious issue that they wanted to charge me for what was already part of the meal the other issue is that the manager didn't bother to come over to talk to me. The server was aware that I wasn't happy and I was allowed to leave a dis-satisfied customer. I'll be taking a break for coming here.

They only have outdoor seating and to go available right now. Luckily it was over 40 degrees and with the propane heater they had over the table we were comfortable. They only had one waitress working all the tables out there plus she was grabbing to go orders so she was busy but always very friendly and did not appear to be flustered at any point. One star off because they have a limited bar and food menu right now and the guacamole on my tacos was brown.

Nice atmosphere. Food tasty. Had to obviously get cheesecake. Delicious. So many varieties to choose from. But then again it is a factory! Only issue was a very long wait for main meal. Restaurant was only 1/3 full. Overall good meal.

My friend and I had dinner here tonight and had a terrible experience with our server, Chelsea H. I have a lot of sympathy for wait staff as I am a server myself and understand what they go through. However, she rarely came to our table, and took over 45 minutes just to bring us our check and we could see her standing at the bar talking to a coworker the ENTIRE time we were waiting for our check. She also consistently brought the wrong condiments and bread over.

Our family went here to celebrate my birthday. I believe Rob was our waiter and provided excellent service. He was very attentive and made sure we had satisfaction. The food was very good and cheesecake was amazing. Rob knew we were celebrating and went the extra mile to make this special and memerable dinner. Cheesecake Factory was the best choice we could have made for dinner. Very happy our experience.
