Generally have had good experiences and think the quality of work is solid. However, my feedback is centered around COVID protocol. I have been to the store 3-4 times in the last month and almost every time the kid working isn’t wearing a mask or has it on his chin. I think it’s the same kid every time. Nice kid... just clueless. While my business will remain there, I could easily see this location lose customers unless this is resolved.

Excellent service, never a problem, they do great work.

Had my mothers wedding dress done before I wore it for my wedding, then dry cleaned my bridal party dresses and rentals, more then happy with the results. Thank you.

I agree, not very professional. I only went once, not a very classy place as the single visible employee was in a big ole Walmart tee. That didn't bother me but her very poor attitude did. Will not return.

paid $13, destroyed my dress, refused to refund. Beware!
