Julian's Dry Cleaners

I have used this cleaners for years. Today I went and all of the sudden they couldn't find me and I was told I have never been there before. The lady then started counting my items. She was through the first 5 and then states that I will be charge additional because she has to lint roll each item. I asked her since when and she stated that it was always that way. This has never been the case. I picked up my items and took them across the street to another cleaner who is less expensive and won't nickel and dime me.
