Rochester Police Department - Auto Impound

No one wants to hear that they’re car is in the pound, unfortunately that was the news I got. I called up there expecting that everyone would probably be mean and unhelpful but it was the complete opposite. I’m not sure who the woman I spoke to was but she was very nice and very helpful. Thank you.

of coarse its an awful experience... who the hell in their right mind is excited 2 hear their vehicle was impounded. . .?
