I called about two weeks ago to get someone to come out to my house and give me a quote for a leak in my basement.nnThey representative that answered the phone said I should be receiving a phone call shortly, to schedule someone to come out.nnNobody ever called, in fact, I called them on 1/20/2019, explaining the same as I just did. After getting my information, I was told that someone will come out before Thursday (the day I'm not available for school).nnSince when do we make schedules without an actual date and timeslot?nnI wouldn't recommend them, AT ALL.nnThey showed that I am not a customer worth tending to.nnWould give a rating of 0 stats if it were possible.
