Jake was great. He was extremely skilled. Explained everything to me. Worked quickly doing multiple jobs and did a wonderful job of it all. He connected my dishwasher properly when the place I bought it from could not do the install and told me to shove wood slats on the top to secure it. Jake secured it properly. I thought this was a good value and will use their services again for sure. Very pleased with him and the company.

We own several properties and just purchased our first home in Rochester, NY. We needed to repair and replace all the plumbing throughout the house. We are so happy we found this company. Tyler and Mitch did an amazing job replacing our toilets! They were transparent during the whole process letting us know if anything came up and how they were going to fix it. We did not expect to replace our toilets today (we were just looking to see the costs) but they were available to replace them right away. We are 100% satisfied and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs going forward.

Once again this company exceeded my expectations. The tech was prompt, very courteous. He informed me what needed to be done and quoted a price. This company is first rate and I will gladly recommend them to others. Very professional. Great job!

Tyler was very friendly and professional. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem, and got right to fixing it. I appreciated how quickly Amanda got back to me after I put in the request online (less than an hour later). I called back the next day and they were able to come out that same day and finish the job for me. I would highly recommend them to friends and family and will definitely be using Craig Faulks plumbing again in the future. I have been looking for a new plumber for some time now, after having many issues with others in the past and they did a great job- thank you!
