Bob and Nick provided great customer service while servicing my car for an oil change. They identified items on my van which needed repair, and they replaced them. Reasonably priced. I appreciated the walk-around inspection of my van just as nicer Spring weather is getting started. They identified items that may have became unserviceable through the winter months. Big thanks to them both for a job well-done!

I have gone to this Delta Sonic for my last few oil changes due to its proximity to my office, and I've always been pleased with the service. This last time I was on a time crunch during my lunch break, and was helped very quickly by the team of Bob, Nick, and Alex. I was immediately greeted with a genuine smile, they discovered what I was in for, and did a great (fast) job. Each team member was smiling and everyone was in good spirits. It was a great experience, which I have come to expect from them time after time. Keep up the good work!

I took my 2017 Chevy Colorado over a month ago for and oil change. Dave checked the records and said I had 1000+ mile to go before I needed one. Wow, an honest person. I just brought it back in last week--now ready for the old change. Dave and Alex took care of it. They were professional, courteous and fast. The shop was also clean as a whistle. They also didn't try to up-sell me. It was like being in an old fashioned neighborhood garage. Thanks gentlemen. I'll be bringing in my Chevy Volt this week!

I went to the Penfield Delta Sonic to get an oil change. The were very fast and courteous. They explained to me what they were doing throughout the process. Alex and Bob did a great job and had me in and out in about 30 mins. I highly recommend them.

Bob, Alex, and Nick are all super great guys. Very nice and welcoming and go to the furthest extent to help the customer and explain the whole process of what they are doing and why. Great place to get an oil change and again great people!
