They are so friendly here and have good prices. They don't oversell you or try and make you purchase things you don't need like some other places. Very timely with appts and great results. Glad I found them and they have an awesome referral program!!

I used to go to Helendale Dermatology, and this place is so much better than what I have been used to at Helendale. They have a system kit for acne called Obagi and I bought it because I was desperate for better skin and in just a few days my skin is clearing up! I highly recommend Newgenesis Dermatology over any other place in rochester!

I have been a patient of New Genesis spa for almost 2 years. My experience have been always positive. I received honest, professional opinion form Mr. Leathersich regarding a procedure. He was readily available and extremely helpful, when I had a skin reaction to one of the products. I had wonderful results with my CO2 treatments and Restylane treatments.nOverall I am very happy with the treatments and particularly with a great PA, Jeff and the staff.

I purchased a product during there special and had to abruptly move for work and they won't give me a refund. So they basically steal your money. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend
