AMAZING Workers all of them are so extremely talented and very sweet with amazing hospitality. I’ll take my money there anyday ! My lashes came out beautifully and I was extremely happy with them.

I went in to be training model for them. I was promised a complementary refill in which they argued with me about booking and then they said she was fully certified and couldn’t do it anymore. So they finally over the phone booked me for my “complimentary”appointment and I came in with my daughter and they said that my daughter couldn’t be there with me so they booked me (which they told me the next day @6pm) so I went and they said no it was booked for yesterday and re booked me for Saturday at 2pm I got the confirmation email saying It was a hybrid refill for $100, instead of training model refill. I did talk to the customer service, Who contacted them on my behalf, then they called me back saying that I can keep my appointment tomorrow at 2pm and that they would do it for me. Then the owner text me saying they can’t do the complimentary refill!?!? I have pictures I have proof that they offered me 50% off My fill and then took the offer back and said oh no the offer was only for if you get a full set with a membership. Well I would never accept your membership your business ethics are horrible. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Workers are so nice and professional. Very good service and lashes look great!

Less than a week more than half fell out. Ugh.
