I refuse to go anywhere other than Scott Miller. Even when I move, I will be coming back to the salon! Cassie does my cuts and Alyssa does my color - not only are they extremely talented, but they have become friends in the process. Kind, sweet, honest, professional. ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS honest, ALWAYS doing their absolute best work. All of the assistants are amazing and talented as well. SM holds their staff to a very high standard, and you can tell. Everyone is so kind and will do anything to make your experience amazing. Salon is hands down the best in western NY. I love it here.

I was very impressed with Avery, the junior hair colorist! I highly recommend Avery to color your hair! She was the best with professionalism, and the results were beautiful. The junior colorist charges $50 plus $10 more for blow styling. Please make an appointment soon and ask for the junior colorist, Avery.

I had a massage with Melissa, my first in a long time. She was extremely professional, friendly, and did a superb job working out my areas of stress!! Will definitely be back to see her again!
