Hair Essence

I love this salon. When I called to make my first appointment a receptionist answer and placed me with someone who specializes in what I was looking to be done. The stylist was very professional and personal. They take all forms of payment. Last and certainly not least I loved my hair.

Karen did a great job on my daughter's hair! My daughter had terrible ends; Karen trimmed it in a way that didn't over-chop but got all the necessary frayed split hair-ends. I highly reccomend Karen's expertise on black and bi-racial hair types.

This place is ran off of popularity and not business. They schedule appts and then all of a sudden they have a personal issues in which they forget to call you to cancel or follow up. I will no longer refer them for this reason b/c I respect business people....not popular people that lack basic business etiquette
