The owner cut my 3 year old with the clippers and basically tried to deny it untill she saw that he was bleeding and crying and then she didnt even apologize. I get that everyone makes mistakes but she should have handled it better. She didnt even say sorry she just kept saying she'd never cut anyone before. I've gone there for years but I won't be back.
