I was always treated with respect when I went to pay my rent and they were very helpful when I was looking to move. They gave me a list of all their available apartments so I could ride around and look at the buildings/areas. If I wasn't interested they told me of other places I could look.

Kathy is very childish and unprofessional, wouldn't expect it from someone her age. Doesn't return phone calls, ignores messages, doesn't handle tenants who are a nuisance, and leaves everything to her secretary, who doesn't even know what's going on. I'd say she has some serious growing up to do.

Not very good at making repairs. Electrician made more of a problem then there was to start. The carpenter has failed to repair anything. Lawn care men dont care what's around they wack it all with the weed eater. Pools, flower pots, kid toys, anything they'll destroy it instead of going around it.
