After calling 6 different local companies efficient heating and cooling was the only one to return my phone calls. They had my maintenance service scheduled within a week. They arrived on time and 5 minutes early! 2 guys showed up and they were both respectful and answered all of my questions easily. A few hours after they left I wanted to try out the heat and it was not turning on. I called and left them a message about my concerns and within 2 hours I received a phone call back and he came out at 7PM to see what was the issue. It was a small issue that he fixed with ease! Needless to say they have earned a new yearly customer and I am extremely satisfied with their great service. Will recommend to others looking for a good and reasonably priced HVAC tech.

Woke up this morning to our furnace completely not working... 50 degrees in our house while it was 20 degrees outside - we were cold!! ud83dude28nnCalled a couple of places between 8 and 8:30 when they opened... Patrick was the only one to call back by 9a. Josh was able to fit us in for early afternoon, was prompt and courteous, and quickly diagnosed our issue and fixed it fast! A *little* pricey for such a quick, easy fix (needed a filter of all bloody things!), but that is our fault - not theirs. Gotta have your hourly rate for this specific skill set! ud83dude0a They were there when we needed them (when no one else was) and if it was something major at least I know it would have been taken care of. Makes it all worth it, and I am so thankful! Looking forward to being toasty tonight. ud83dude01nnWouldnt hesitate to call them again and I will absolutely recommend to anyone that needs heating/cooling guys. ud83dudc4d

Excellent team. Started immediately with air conditioning maintenance of our old AC unit. They worked long hours and finished on time. Great crew and very professional one. Highly recommended to anyone in Gloversville, NY area!
