No Roast Beef and No Customer Service. My family and I were at this location on Sunday, September 27, 2020, early afternoon. We were told there was no roast beef but we could order anything else. How could you be out of the number one thing Arby's is known for on their menu.? We left and went next door to Taco Bell for lunch. I came back for turnovers for the family. You can only order at the drive thru so I waited with four other cars for about 10 minutes. The first driver tried to get the attention of a worker so he could place an order. There did not seem to have any employees at the drive-thru window. The employees only realized there were customers waiting for service when they came out of the back door of the restaurant for a smoking break. This Arby's certainly has broken processes in place. It looks like there needs to be new processes plus management and employee training instituted.
This place is great , great people work there.
Pretty good would be better if my sandwich wasn't slopped together
Service was horrible. Took forever to get our food. Fries were cold. And it was drive through only.
Worst staff and place to eat in Carrollton. I can say they have no clue what they are doing there. The staff needs to be fired and started over. Waited on food for 30 minutes and they forgot about me twice there.
