Like having my own personal plumber on call.nnI think I might be spoiled by my first time hiring a plumber because Jeffrey showed up almost immediately after we spoke on the phone and he proceeded to troubleshoot an unexpected plumbing mystery with his crew and get it resolved right then and there.nnWhat could be better than that?
They were very professional, and got the job done in good fashion. They had quoted us a price for basic sewer line cleaning, but found that someone had left a 30' section of snake cable in our line. This translated into more time & labor - but they charged us nothing more. Of course, we tipped them what we could, but just the fact of how they held themselves to NOT charging us extra speaks volumes of them, as to the caliber of their character makeups (there were two who were here). If anyone is in need of service, from a plumbing company, do yourselves a HUGE favor and call THESE guys. You'll be glad that you DID.
Needed existing kitchen sink removed; existing plumbing needed some rework. Jeffrey was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that was to be done. Very neat and clean.
Came out same day of call, then replaced my sewer line in one day...reliable and will be using Jeffrey for every plumbing issue going forward!
