Excellent service, awesome people.
We have been longtime customers of Johnnys for over 20 years. We may not have the volume of others but that shouldn’t matter. I had my suspicions that new ownership had taken place and it was confirmed this week with price increases, service level. The hat we brought in (that has been cleaned many times over the years) was shrunk- and of course it will be blamed on the place that they send it out to- when I questioned the price increases I was told in a “duh what do you expect” tone- “well prices go up every year everywhere”. As if a person twice her age wouldn’t known that but double? I asked also if they had a pricing chart and was told “no it’s too hard to really know until something is cleaned.”
Best dry cleaner I've been to. Staff was extremely friendly and personable. I had two jerseys covered in years of blood, food, dirt, and whatever else that now look brand new. They were super quick and cheap. They have a parking lot as well.
