Servpro came highly recommended by my insurance agent after we had a water damage in our basement. They did an awesome job and i would recommend them to all friends and family.
Thank goodness my insurance agent asked me if I wanted to get a call from a cleaning company when I called in to report 3 inches of water in my basement. And after having those 3 inches of water sitting for 36 hours the last thing I wanted to do was think about the mess that was left behind. Crew leader David Cavada along with Matt Bracco and Jeff Thomas did an excellent of cleaning up my basement. They impressed me with their teamwork and professionalism. David kept me informed of what they were doing and fully explained what could be clean and why. Though I HOPE to never go through this again, I do appreciate that there is a company like ServPro with excellent employees to help when needed. From the initial call with Geoff Mclear, the cleaning crew, to the crew that came to check the dryness of the walls - thank you for making what was a stressful situation a bit easier for me.nI would highly recommend!
