This is a TERRIBLE dry cleaning company. I took my son's handmade, silk christening gown to them. I expressed to them that is is silk and that I wanted it preserved as an heirloom (like a wedding dress) and they agreed. They did not complete the cleaning in the time promised when I had stopped in to pick it up. My husband went back a week later and the lady at the front desk would not let him open the box. He paid for the cleaning and came home. I opened it and was horrified. I contacted the owner and he brushed me off saying that is how you clean silk. It was washed, in water then ironed. Today there are stains all on the bib and the jumper. I now have to have a new gown made in order for it to be passed down to the next generation. Do not waste your time with this cleaner. They are not upstanding people who, even when they do wrong, can admit it and rectify the situation.
