I'm a fairly new carpenter but have worked on such projects with my dad for many years. I've been in multiple times for gifts and other supplies. I was taken aback when a staff member came up to me and actually did his job as a sales rep, I gladly bought about $20 of small odds and ends off the shelf by the register.nnThis is by no means the first time their exemplary service has made a proverbial appearance. Their prices are VERY fair and selection outstanding. While I'd argue they cater to the somewhat higher end, if you need ANYTHING in the way of woodworking projects, this should be your first stop, NOT a big box store.nnSee you guys soon!
I honestly can't believe how amazing their customer service is. I recently purchased some parallel clamps and one of them was missing the plastic supports. I didn't realize this until I got home (2 hrs away!!) I called them up at the store and the sent them overnight to me!!!!! I'm pretty much speechless. PLEASE, if you need woodworking supplies, etc. go to this store. You will not be disappointed!!
