I would not recommend them they don’t take responsibility when they know it’s their fault for something that their car washed did If I could give them zero stars I would if I were you I would recommend going to a touchless wash.

Today while on break from work. I stopped at this location. I intended to cash in $12.00 in lottery tickets to buy food to eat on my break. But when i attempted to cash the tickets i was questioned by a thin short haired cashier what i intended to purchase with my winnings. I told her i intended to cash them in and get something to eat. She then asked how much were the tickets worth. I told her one ticket is $10.00 and the other ticket is worth $2.00. I was then told that i would have to exit the line and scan my tickets to confirm that they were $12.00. I pointed out that the one ticket shows ten and the other saids two. I was then told that she could NOT cash my tickets unless i get out of line and scan them myself. At this time i realized that this situation could only get worse and i immediately left the establishment. And although i was a daily customer i will NEVER return to this establishment again!!!

They took over 5 hours and didn’t even vacuum garbage out from under my seat. They also broke my pregnancy seatbelt off of my front seat and never told me. There were several spots not even cleaned and I went through and just wiped away easily. Won’t be going back.

I always frequent at the delta sonic on Williamsville and I've never had a bad experience but today was by far the best. I had Adam detail my car after I went threw the car wash and I asked him to pay special attention to my back driver panel bc the birds where I park find that area especially there fav to poop on lol well not only did he immediately go over that area again but he also went around my car making sure that was the only area and also did an Amazing job and took his time drying my jeep off. He really was amazing and I thought he needed a shout out!!
