Always great and friendly service. I have been going there for 20 years. Super clean environment and has all proper covid protocols in place. Seems to attract just about every demographic. Would recommend to anyone who is local!

Everything on November 22, 2014, my daughter's wedding day, went terribly wrong until I contacted David Adams, the owner of Transitions. The Knife Storm had cancelled many of the plans for the wedding. David and his staff were truly remarkable! I had frantically called David to ask if he might be able to help us. With less than 24 hours notice, he had rearranged appointments and staff to accommodate us. We arrived at Transitions in the morning and he (Darlene and Lisa) were welcoming and reassuring! The bride, bridesmaids and I looked absolutely beautiful with our elegant hair styles! We were able to dress for the wedding at the salon and attended the wedding looking and feeling truly radiant. My heartfelt thanks to David and his staff at Transitions! Thank you for everything! Transitions is the best salon in Western New York!
