Supremely Very Overpriced.

They would have received a good recommendation but after doing an initial service which was good on a Tuesday, they scheduled to finish the job “before end of day Thursday or most likely Friday”. (All the while we are displaced from our home because of a cut sewage line) We call on Friday because no response and they said “they couldn’t be there until Monday morning”. We call Monday and Karen said “the earliest they can come now is Wednesday”, acting as if we never had an appointment. They never completed the job, never gave a reason for why they wasted our time or once apologized for our time. Horrible customer service. We had to call another plumber to finish...

He told exactly what it would cost to use the camera and to use the power snake. Professional, its appropriated. Thank you Sean

Had a 25+ year old whole house particulate filter in my home, which leaked heavily after I changed the filter. Called 2 other plumbers before finding Call Clint (recommended by another plumber) on a Friday morning.nCall Clint were responsive and gave me a time window. Their plumber, John G., arrived early in that window. Found John to be extremely informed and patient. Once he diagnosed the issue, he presented alternatives (fix vs replace) and I chose to replace it. John quickly researched best options on his tablet and i was able to select what I wanted. He returned with the new filter, at the time he said he would, to install it.nWhen done, he then explained the steps to change it next time. John also left the work area in great shape and was very courteous and professional.nPricing was as expected for labor + parts. Reasonable given the task at hand and time needed to complete it.nAs a solo home owner, I was not taken advantage of and truly appreciated the respect and professionalism given to me by John and by the woman at the Call Clint office.nGreat outfit & I highly recommend them for plumbing diagnosis & repairs!
