They need to teach their officers to not pull people over without probable cause, I'm an honest person and don't appreciate it when they lie just to get me pulled over. And on top of that I do have the right to ask why I was pulled over.

Lost passport in area. Reported loss/theft to State Police in Plattsburgh, NY. Alert Trooper recalled a found passport issue from earlier. She checked system to confirm that a passport was delivered to US Customs by a different Trooper and that it belonged to me. Thanks to the dedication, diligence, and conscientiousness of State Troopers, I was able to pick up my passport at the border on the way back home. Thanks all.
