Plattsburgh Roto-Rooter

I had what was basically a sewage explosion in 2 buildings due to tenant neglect, flushing feminine napkins and other cleaning materials over the years. I also didnt learned that cleanouts didn't have caps , so it backed up into two basements of my properties over a long period of time. A dirt floor basement had a foot and a half of brown water in it while the other basement next door had a foot of brown water and 8 in of sewage. It was difficult to locate the problem at first, but Chris, Mike, and Ross teamed up, located the problem, and got my flow going again. Thankfully I was lucky a clock was not a collapsed pipe and saved me from having to dig. Thank you again for a job well done.

Excellent service! Easy to schedule. Arrived as scheduled. Driver was very knowledgeable and easily located and accessed the system.

This company time and time again my family continue to go to and they rip them off. They don't EVER fix the problem. They will pump septic over and over again every 2 years without trouble shooting. They will charge you on high priced items without actually looking into it.nnI can go into details but they rip people off. They leave without fixing the issues. They will charge extra for not fixing problem, they charge extra for after houra and not fixing problem. You will waste a lot of money going here. Worst place in Plattsburgh. DO NOT GO HERE

Told them that I needed work done on my tub and to pump septic.So after paying the tube repair guy 140 dollars for him to tell me I had know drains plugged and just needed septic pumped , which I had them do for an additional 340 dollars,I had to call a different plumber out to fix tub and unplug a drain that rooter rooter said wasn't plugged.so I paid the new plumber 250 to fix what roto rooter didn't.Do not bother with roto rooter because I hey don't know what there doing and charging for doing nothing.Use Dad's plumbing,they are the best.

Second time using this company very responsive, professional , and a good value for the price. Ross is the best. Thank you
