Terrible service I had to get a second company to make the repair. They did it in 30 minutes. Had to replace the faulty shower cartridge put in by R&J Plumbers, water leaked for 14 days. Had to keep water off to house for 7 days. They started the job on Dec 24, 2020 and new company completed it 08 Jan 2021. R&J did a terrible job and then did not show up to complete the repair. Use some one else if professional service is what you want..
I had an appointment and they didn't show up. I called and he said the secretary should have called me to reschedule my appointment. I received no phone call. He said he would be there the next day at the same time. No show again. I called and got the secretary this time. She said she would have him call me with an ETA. Never heard from him. The secretary called me back to say she couldn't find my job in the system, Roy wasn't around and could they come another time. I told her no. I have found someone else. Very unreliable.
Roy and his workers are hard working professionals. They demonstrated expertise in recommending a new heating and boiler system and installed it when promised, even working late into the evenings to make sure it was finished in time for company arriving over the busy holiday season. The price seemed fair and he was willing to meet with propane supply company to arrange for citing of the fuel tanks and even provided his own temporary tank when the supplier was unable to do so for several weeks.
Roy worked with me and my budget a few months ago when he installed a new heater in our down stairs bedroom. My wife called him back to install a new boiler, and were happy with the out come. In a few weeks he will be replacing everything in our upstairs bathroom I cant wait! Fair pricing, honest, friendly guys.
Roy and his team were GREAT, personable, and professional ! He charged me fairly, and was helpful during the process of the renovation. My bathroom came out beautifully, and we are building a bathroom in the master bedroom soon. Great company, and priced well. I will recommend him to anyone.
