I couldn’t rave enough about the service I received from Kargoe’s! I had a professional team clean the carpets in my apartment, I was very upset. There was a white residue over several areas and my carpet was sticky. The company did come back without hesitation to correct their mistake, it was unfortunate for me that my carpets were still left feeling sticky. It was through a friend of a friend I heard about Chuck Kargoe. He was so informative on his process of cleaning and of the solutions he uses! Chuck didn’t just come into my apartment and clean the carpets AROUND my belongings, he moved furniture as needed and put plastic pieces under my wood furniture to ensure there was no damage. This man does a FANTASTIC job!! I would highly recommend using Kargoe’s Carpet Cleaning!! Thanks again Chuck!
