Ninetie's Nail & Spa

Scheduled a pedicure ahead of time for 1pm got there on time and they were fully booked. Had to wait an hour for service. I will say pedicure was good but before the service they showed me a price of $28 then charged $34 and has the gall to ask for a tip when they had already tacked on extra $6.

I was told when I got there it would be a while so to walk around the mall and come back. I was there for 5.5 hours constantly checking in. They don’t greet you ever. You have to stand there waiting and try to catch someone’s attention. When I came back and asked a different woman how much longer for my fill she said “we don’t have time for that today”. I don’t know if they do a good job or not with their nails but their customer service is AWFUL. After reading other reviews it seems very common.

i went to get my nails done a couple days a go and we had an appointment and we had to wait for like 30 minutes they rushed and my nails don’t look that good they are very bumpy and it was very painful. The fingers don’t match to the other fingers the paint job is not good either there were spot were they were not even painted. i do not recommend

This was a every nice experience the nail technician was very nice and talkative and I love my nails the only down side is that I I had to wait 4 hours to get my nails but I personally think it was worth it and also the isn’t really fun designs witch was okie with me cuz I just got rainbow nails ❤ufe0f

The technician who worked on my nails was very nice; that is the only good thing I have to say about this salon though. I wanted to get a regular acrylic manicure for $35, but I was told to pick a gel polish instead of the regular polish I had picked out, which then costed me $65 instead. I asked for a coffin shaped nail, and every single one of my nails ended up crooked and uneven and misshapen. I literally went home and reshaped them on my own with a nail file. I got my nails done not even a week ago, and two just came off. Will not be returning to this salon.
