Takes forever to get a hold of them and they don't return calls. They have only one tech on the job, so good luck getting an appointment to have anything fixed.

This company has been excellent!nnThey have been 100% reliable!! Reasonably priced, good communications, emergency services offered. I truly rely on them!!nnMost of the work has been on older, gas- fueled boilers. However, they have also wired new thermostats, prevented frozen pipes, and have tended to an emergency gas leak.nnThey truly care about my tenants and property. They have gone above and beyond. :)nnI will absolutely continue using them!!nnIt seems I am constantly updating this review because I keep calling them back!nnThank you, O'Connor's!
