Good service, friendly knowledgeable mechanic.
Citadel plumbing does very good work. The plumbers were professional and thorough and respectful. I do want to caution you about pricing however. If you are asking for rates, make sure to ask if you are responsible for paying overtime based on the plumbers schedule not on the time of day. We were quoted at one price and our total bill more than doubled. We called to get an explanation and it was a very unproductive experience.
Average service at best and I was blindsided with the bill. A kitchen faucet that was dripping apparently costs over $300 to fix!!!!!! Not replace, just to fix!!! I will never use them and either should you.
I highly Recommend Citadel plumbing! Gordon that is the Residential Plumber Is the Best. Very Trustworthy!
Citadel is the best for your plumbing needs. What other company would come on an emergency call late at night to fix your needs? Great all around company/great pricing. Highly recommend.
