So they managed to lose the key for my locking gas door. Of course I didn't actually realize this until I went to get gas and was basically stranded. So I had to break the gas door and had to buy a new gas door - costing about $30. This was after I tipped them $20. When I called to ask if they had seen it there or where they possibly would have put it he said the person who cleaned it put the key in a box that had a hole in the bottom of it. They kinda made it seem like it was my problem, didn't say sorry or offer a discount for next time or do anything lol. I won't be back. Class act
Owner schedules my appointment for two days later, I show up to a closed shop. Wait around 45 minutes no one shows up or calls.
