Shawn was so amazing! I had had three people out before him and I swear every time someone else came out the problem just seemed to get worse because they were finding more issue! Shawn came out saw the same thing, said as such.. but then said he was going to try his best to avoid the drastic approach and managed to save me $200 by looking just a little bit harder, and being willing to try something the other techs had overlooked. Can’t say good enough things about Shawn! Super happy with Roto-Rooter too... every person who came out to help was budget conscious and the fact that they don’t charge until they do the work is outstanding! I was skeptical at first but so glad I took the chance on them
Maurice was professional and very knowledgeable regarding my hot water heater. He identified the shorty workmanship of the previous worker and repaired that. I would recommend Rotonda Rooter again and ask for Maurice!
Wax was accidentally poured down our drain and caused a clog. Tyler did a great job removing the blockage. He was quick and clearly described our options. He also noticed a small leak and fixed it for us. We will definitely use the service again.
Andrew was professional, courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to accommodate. I wish all service workers were as awesome as him. Give the dude a raise please.
