I asked for a gel set and they put acrylic set on and charged me for the gel ! I'm so upset! I had to go somewhere else to have them fix my nails as I needed a fill within 9 days because they rushed and didn't go all the way down to the cuticle! They also are very unprofessional and very unfriendly! They sit and talk to one another in Chinese and don't talk with their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I'LL NEVER GO BACK! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!

when i walked in they got me right in. I showed her the picture of my nails and sarah got right to it. She did a very good job and didn’t rush me at all. I will definitely be coming back.

I got a full set with ambre powder and it looks amazing. This was the only Salon I found in this city since I moved here that even offered powder. The mall was horrible and didn’t offer powder or Rhine stones anything. So only down side was I broke 2 nails already and got them done last night. I called and told the owner as she was the one that did my nails so good last night. She was so nice and told me I could come in in the morning and she will fix them for me. That’s the service I love. Beyond please with this nail spa. Highly recommend.

Had my nails on for literally two days and every single one of them broke off. Do not waste your time here. Go to cicis nails in horse heads.
