I got my wool poncho dry cleaned and I still had the cigarette smoke smell after picking it up. Not sure if I requested the wrong treatment for the fabric etc but it was nicely pressed and clean atleast

Coat was taken on Tuesday, they said Friday would be done, I picked it up Monday and ALL INSIDE IS SOAKED!!! unbelievable these people how they treat your clothing.. WORST SERVICE EVER

I live in Texas and have to send my sizes for both my son and I there since we were not able to do it here for some reason.. when we got there the shirt did not fit me actually not even close. The lady informed me that for an additional ten dollars they could get me another one but that probably will not fit either lol. So I chose to go buy another shirt.. 15 minutes before we were set to go to the wedding the pants dropped around my ankles in front of everyone.. There are no belt loops so once the strap broke there was nothing I could do so I had to run to the mall and buy the closest pants I could find.. I missed all the family pictures and key moments for the wedding. I called them and asked if there was anything we could do for the over 100 dollars I had to use of my own money to make the Tux work.. They tell me it is not their problem.. no need to even talk about my son. Not one piece of the tux fit him they probably just grabbed whatever they had there for him.. He is 2 so probably a different size then most kids.. ha ha still paid full price.. This is officially my first bad review on a company.. I just want to warn people that this place does not care about you.. Once they are paid it becomes your problem I guess.

They are the best of the best! The most caring compassinate staff in town..went above and beyond for our family during a tragic loss.We thank the them so very much, wish you had 10 stars, they would get them all....
