We used the curb side pick up option to purchase a new lawnmower. The process was very easy. I even called before purchasing online to make sure the model I wanted was available. The employee was very pleasant and helpful.nWhen my son and I went to pick up the mower, I parked where indicated, called the phone number, and they brought out the mower in less the three minutes. The employee even assisted my son and I putting the mower in our SUV. Over all a very easy and pleasant experience.

Quite surprising that I wasn't greeted at the door when entering. Every Tractor Supply I've ever been to has. Products not well stocked either. A hodge podge of items everywhere. Hard to get around it. Disappointed in this particular store.
