My girlfriend went here for new acrylic nails...nothing super fancy. The tech she had was extremely rude and aggressive with his technique. Her finished product has uneven sections and just looks sloppy. She has never had nails done like this, so she didn't know what to look for there to make a complaint. I would avoid this place unless you know a specific tech here that's good.
I made an appointment ahead of time, and still felt as if they were just trying to get me in and out as quickly possible. They didn’t work on my cuticles at all, and the color looks lumpy. I didn’t speak up about this because I don’t really know very much about nails and thought that maybe it was normal??? However, later in the day I was informed by another nail tech that it’s not. I feel kind of taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge about the standards I should expect from a professional nail service, and I won’t be going back. Everyone was very friendly, and I’m sure there are talented workers here, and normally I wouldn’t post a review — but if you’re someone who has a difficult time advocating for yourself when receiving a service, I recommend going somewhere where the staff takes their time and is a little more attentive.
I get a pedicure whenever possible and this is the place to go. I feel like I'm walking on air after each session! Very reasonable pricing.
Highly recommend. Locally owned. Great service non judgmental. Very nice chairs, tables. Private room for VIP, princess chairs for kids
Love the way they do my nails....nTry the Pedicure with paraffin wax.
