Very friendly but professional agents. It's very reassuring when you are guided through all the paperwork with someone who takes the time to explain everything.

We have always used century 21 to screen tenants for our duplex. I spoke to someone who promised a call back that day. Nothing. Left a message on the machine the following Friday...no call back. Guess they don't care about small potatoes and I will take our business elsewhere.

Very negative experience when corresponding with agent Jackie Pezzuti. We found her to be very insulting and condescending when discussing interest in purchasing a property.Over the years we have dealt with other sbarra agents including family members and found them to be very polite and more then helpfull. I do not believe the owners would condone or appreciate this type of conduct.

I have had such a great experience working with Niccole Vaughn. She’s is excellent with communication and always responds quickly in a very positive, friendly and professional manner. While searching for houses she would always arrive on time or early and would ensure that our needs were addressed with the properties. I’m extremely grateful to Niccole for helping me to realize my dream.

Marg Watson has been such a gem to work with. She’s helped me out so much. She makes sure she’s getting what I want/need. She ensures that I'm getting the very best. She communicates with me in an extremely timely manner. If I have any questions, she either knows the answer or finds the answer right away. She’s been very patient with me when I ask a bunch of questions, also, which is great because some of this stuff can get pretty overwhelming. While parts of the home buying process can be stressful, overall Marg has given me a really great experience. I’d recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home.
