I am currently renting a student rental from O2. They have been great. Very quick to answer any questions or fix any issues. Great for students. I would highly recommend this company to any students looking for a great place to live.

Don't deal with them if you are a student. Worst service. Will not listen to your problems and gonna rob you off your security deposit.

Horrible people. I lost everything to bedbugs with them. I'm a single father of 3 and they kept my security deposit after I moved and cleaned the house out. Saying that I left enough stuff to fill a 40 foot dumpster. So now I'm in the process of trying to fight them in court. DONT RENT FROM O2 PROPERTIES!!! The unit was damaged, I ended up with bugs, lost my deposit, then to come and find out the property I lived in (34 Ogden st) was almost condemned and torn down in 2011 and they never told me. Horrible landlords they will never see another dime from me and shouldn't either from you.
