You have been warned. I actually feel sorry for this owner even though they should definitely be doing their job and checking up on the night help.nThat being said, first major problem: never open when they are. Oh the sign says open til 9, I have driven up and the door's been locked, even as early as 730. I have gone 3 times this year, every time, 7, 8, 830, they are cleaned up and closed. Yup, closed. I end up going to Robinson Street. This time, they actually were there but all u could get was a salad she said. The sub prep was completely closed.nSecond, when they are open, they still arent. Again, yup. Before this last year. we went at dinner time, would make anything hot. Cleaned and closed up. Literally at 530-6. Amazing, they just said they werent making them. Not that somethings broken. Just werent. Period. Only problem is, that was over a year ago since these last 3 times was this last year.nThis place has a history of rudeness among us community members and most just avoid it.nFourth, it is just inconsistent. No matter what the issue, time open, friendliness, availability, food quality, etc you never know what you are going to get. Expecially after lunch. This owner is getting massively ripped off at night. I have never seen a chain restaurant this bad. They just don't care. Well, either do I.

They butchered our order so terribly. The red head that was working, around 5:00 pm basically was adding stuff carefree to our sandwiches especially by adding cold chicken to my sub along with olives which the olives were not part of my order at all

7:30 pm. Just watched the new younger girl make someones sub, take money, give change back and proceed to make the next customers sub without changing gloves.. disgusting. Left without hesitation. Dirty

Went here for lunch at 11 today with my three other friends and Nick the red head gentleman working there was extremely rude. He hardly said anything to us, was throwing utensils and food and had an absolutely rotten attitude. I would not go back strictly on how his service was. His attitude and service should be checked my management.

Literally am going to get subway right now but am going to a different one even though this one is the closest to my house. Last time we went there the bread was stale, at least 2 days old. None of us got our bread toasted but all the bread was as brittle and crumbly as if it was toasted and they messed up how they cut it open. Not doing that again!
